Our story

There was an instant connection with Arty, even at our first meeting as a 4-week old three-pound puppy. Once in our family, laughter and fun followed Arty everywhere. What a total JOY he is! He greets people with a tail which never stops wagging.

Arty enjoys being the center of attention and most willingly gives many opportunities to snap some great photos! Sharing these photos is an act of love, and Arty is just too cute to keep to myself! The world needs this kindness!

My friend Suzanne said “Why don’t you make a greeting card line with Arty? That’s a wonderful way to share the joy he brings!”  So here we are! One smile at a time. One crazy hair day at a time. One sweet little nose at a time.

The Artist - Amy

Not only is Arty cute and full of antics, he LOVES learning! I love photography and teaching, so Arty has quite naturally become the star of Arty Greeting Cards. Training creates a unique bond between animal and “their” person that spills over into a relationship of joy and friendship — which I believe show in these photos! Our dogs are the embodiment of unconditional love, acceptance, loyalty, and forgiveness. and zest for life. If we can adopt these qualities ourselves, we can make the world a better place. There’s a reason dogs are called “Man’s best friend.”

To take a photograph is to align the head, the eye and heart. It’s a way of life.
